$12.00 FLAT RATE APPLIES TO ALL ORDERS BETWEEN $20.00 - $49.99

$15.00 FLAT RATE APPLIES TO ALL ORDERS BETWEEN $50.00 - $199.99

$24.95 FLAT RATE APPLIES TO ALL ORDERS BETWEEN $200.00 - $499.99

$34.95 FLAT RATE APPLIES TO ALL ORDERS ABOVE $500 PER WEEK

We use a mixture of Australia Post & private courier.

Our Boxed Invitations are crafted on a ‘made to order basis’, please check notice periods specified in the details of each invitation description. Please allow this many weeks notice PRIOR to your event for the design process plus and additional 11-13 business days for delivery. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery is either by hand delivery (Sydney Metro) for urgent orders or via courier. Please supply a delivery address where someone is available to receive the goods, can be home or work. If no-one is available the goods will be left at the door. Boxed Affair takes no responsibility for products left unattended.

We can also not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

IMPORTANT NOTE; SOME OF OUR INVITATIONS CONTAIN VERY SMALL PARTS WHICH MAY CAUSE CHOKING IF SWALLOWED BY CHILDREN OR ANIMALS. WHILST THE UPMOST OF CARE IS TAKEN TO SECURE ANY SMALL PARTS OF OUR INVITATIONS WITH THE STRONGEST GLUE, WE CANNOT PREVENT A CHILD OR ANIMAL FROM DELIBERATELY TAMPERING ONE OF OUR DESIGNS AND INGESTING THE SMALL PARTS. YOU SHOULD KEEP INVITATIONS AWAY FROM VERY SMALL CHILDREN/PETS AT ALL TIMES.

International Shipping

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERING PRICES ARE THE SAME AS ABOVE!!

Some countries have strict quarantine laws but we do not mark our packages with "goods" or "gift" - we try and be as descriptive as possible so the items can pass through customs. If you have any concerns relating to this process then please contact us prior to checkout.

Refunds & Exchanges

We do not refund or exchange. At Boxed Affair, every care is taken with ensuring that our products are packaged with the upmost care however we cannot be held responsible for what happens to our products during the transit process.

When ordering invitations we do our best to ensure that your invitation is exactly what you ordered by confirming with you at various stages of the design process.

Also note that due to our supplier availability, your final invitation product design may differ slightly from the designs shown on the website. We do our absolute best to get them exactly as shown but we reserve the right to slightly change a part of the design at any time.

The colours of any of our products may appear different on your computer monitor due to different screen settings and resolution settings from computer to computer. There may be a colour variance when visualising the finished product.
